The third round of litigations were filed by 7 non service doctors mainly challenging granting of 50% in service reservations to govt in service doctors in PG courses and also allowing them to compete in open quota with weightage marks in admissions for PG 2023-2024. According to non service doctors their chances of getting open quota was reduced as the in service doctors get major chunk of seats due to reservations.
