Today Status Report has been filed by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests/Respondent No.3. On perusal of the same, indicated that TNPL has agreed to remove Senna spectabilis and the Department is also adopting other methods to eradicate Senna spectabilis.  Further it is also stated in the status report that action will be taken to commercially exploit Wattle and Eucalyptus for pulpwood and plywood industries.  In such a view of the matter the learned  Additional Advocate General seeks time to file a detailed report, as to steps taken to calling for Tender for Public Auction.
