I want to share my experience as his opponent counsel.in a referred trial before high court Madras for confirmation of death sentence by state I appeared for convict inthe criminal appeal filed by the convict. I placed my arguments both in the RT as well as my criminal appeal. As State PP Shanmugasundaram Sir appeared before the division bench. He agreed all the grounds raised by me. I was very happy because the appreciation was from an expert in criminal law and my opponent advocate but he placed various defences proving the culpability of the accused and correctness of awarding death sentence by the lower court throughout the arguments his voice was same resonant it is an art to maintain the same tone and place all the contentions in the arguments it is very very difficult and tough
I thought I should also follow.
But after some time without my knowledge my voice raises then

Regarding the appeal the death sentence was modified to life imprisonment
It is sweet memory in professional life
