Today case relating to OBC 50% reservation in state surrendered seats in All India Quota in medical and dental courses came up for hearing before Supreme Court Bench comprising of Hon’ble Mr Justice L Nageswara Rao, Hon’ble Mr Justice Hemant Gupta and Hon’ble Mr Justice Ravindra Bhat . Mr P Wilson appearing for one of the Petitioners submitted that the Central Government is preventing the Madras High Court from hearing the batch of cases under the pretext that Saloni Kumari case filed in the year 2015 is pending before SC .
