Sun Business Enterprises had moved a Civil Suit before the Hon’ble Madras High Court today, seeking injunction from release and recovery of money against the producers of the movie “Kaa: The Forest”, starring Andrea Jeremiah, which is scheduled to be released tomorrow. ie., 29.03.2024. The Plaintiff alleged non-payment of dues, as per the agreements entered between him and the defendants. The matter came up for hearing before Hon’ble Mr. Justice Abdul Quddhose J, and his lordship, finding prima facie case in favour of the Plaintiff, was pleased to grant injunction against the movie, restraining its release in theatres tomorrow and posted the matter to next month. The Plaintiff M/s. Sun Business Enterprises, was represented by its Counsel Mr. Akshai Sajin Kumar VL.
