On Friday, K Palanivelu from Madurai filed a public interest litigation (PIL) before the Madras High Court’s Madurai Bench, seeking to either remove or mute the dialogue that says ‘renowned encounter specialist’, and a dialogue on encounters that says they are not just a punishment but also a preventive action.
