[9/16, 09:19] Durai Arun: Senior Counsel Mr.Wilson Sir again proved that he is a warrior of Social Justice and he has been walking through the path which was laid down by Anna and Kalaingar , yes Wilson Sir argued classically once again before Supreme court in 10% reservation for Economically Weaker Sections case ,

Wilson Sir argued that we should understand that reservation is not a Poverty alleviation scheme. Its meant for setting right the injustice meted out to the socially oppressed section of society. This 10% EWS is not at all stand juridical scrutiny.

It is worthwhile to mention that Wilson Sir argued that he don’t want to express about “why Dronocharya asked Ekalaivan to cut him right thumb ( finger) and offer to him as Guru Dakshina… He further said that he don’t want to express about why former President denied to enter into the temple. But still untouchability has been following in our country , to uplift the voice less , backwards and most backward and SC and ST , the reservation policy has been enacted by the framers of the constitution.
Since he is a student of kalaingar , he could argued tremendously.
And today also he would continue his arguments.
