These writ petitions are filed challenging the Tender Notifications issued by the 4th respondent dated 07.10.2023.
2. The matter was argued for a considerable length of time.
3. Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited (TASMAC) stated that petitioners may be allowed to participate in the tender, however, result of the tender shall be not announced and may be postponed till final orders to be passed by this Court.
4. Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners in all fairness agreed for such course being adopted.
