Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 18.04.2024,
Dr.D.Jagannathan, Secretary to Government, Commercial Taxes and
Registration Department and Mr.Dinesh Ponraj Oliver, Inspector General of Registration appeared before this Court through video conferencing mode.

  1. The Secretary to Government presented the facts by stating that all appropriate actions are initiated and the Inspector General of Registration is submitting the proposals for engaging more number of staffs for the purpose of completing the job in Kalaimagal Sabha. Further, a Special Officer also will be appointed on full time basis for the purpose of speedy actions.
  2. In this regard, the Secretary to Government made a submission that all actions for effective administration will be completed within a period of 15 days and thereafter, further actions will be initiated for the purpose of completing works relating to Kalaimagal Sabha. In this regard, the
