O R D E R

1. Issue notice, returnable in six weeks.
2. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted.
3. By way of ad interim order, there shall be stay of further proceedings in CC No.47 of 2022 pending before the Assistant Sessions Judge Additional Special Court for Trial of Cases related to Members of Parliament and Members of Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu, till the next date of hearing.
