The learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve papers on the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor shall take instructions on the following queries:-

  • The F.I.R was registered based on the complaint given by the second respondent in the year 2011 in Crime No.1007 of 2011. This complaint is said to have been withdrawn by the second respondent by giving withdrawal letter, dated 09.08.2012 and inspite of the same, F.I.R is kept pending.
  • The second respondent has once again reopened the very same complaint by giving a fresh complaint in the year 2023 and this complaint is also said to have been withdrawn by the second respondent.
  • The learned Additional Public Prosecutor shall take instructions on the complaint which was registered as Crime No.1007 of 2011 and also the recent complaint that was given by the second respondent against the petitioner and inform this Court.
  1. Post this case under the same caption on 26.09.2023.
