In India the equality available only in criminal laws but not in civil laws. If any person committed an offence, then such person have to undergo punishment without considering any of his parameters as enumerated in Art 15 and apart from that the class, status, including all persons belongs to from first citizens to last one shall be tried and punished accordance with criminal law and justice. Further in a secular nation how the civil personal laws based on religious faith is permissible in their personal laws…………. FOLLOWS
