Arun advocate was his counsel. The case was filed by jothi who was in DMK then for RS Bharathi which was dismissed for maintainability. Mr. Thamaraiselvan and Mr.Devarajan case were base cases and that time every one was scared to file case against that GO. It was very scary moments given by jayalalitha. Hence under instructions Mr.Viduthalai, former AG filed case as Thamaraiselvan was petitioner, as per instructions of our leader kalaingner.
