One Nandakumar, Senior Executives, TAFE Power Source Division, Maraimalai nagar, Chenglepet worked for 20 years in the said company without any adverse remarks till 25.8.2021.
On 25.8.2021, while he was in factory duty, three superior officers of TAFE Company namely N.Ratnakumar, Associate Vice President, S.Saravanakumar, General Manager, Ms.Nancy Deputy Manager (HR) TAFE asked him to come their Room where above three persons wrongfully confined him in a GM’s room from 9 a.m to 3 p.m on 25.8.2021 and forcefully obtained resignation and committed various offences.
Aggrieved by their above illegal acts, the same incident brought to knowledge of Chairperson Ms.Mallika Srinivasan, TAFE on 14.09.2021and other superior officer Chandra Mohan. No action was taken by them against above three persons. Thereafter, he lodged criminal complaint against above three persons to the Superintendent of police. Chenglepet on 25-09-2021. However, no action was taken by the police till date.

While this so, the said Nandakumar filed direction petition before Hon’ble Highcourt, Madras on 4.2.2022 and Hon’ble Highcourt directed the police to register a criminal case and take action against the three above said persons.
The Hon’ble Highcourt directed the police to conduct enquiry within a period of 4 weeks. Now Assistant Commissioner, Vandalur is enquiring this matter as per direction of Hon’ble High court’s order dated
