[6/14, 15:42] sekarreporter1: செந்தில் பாலாஜி நள்ளிரவில் கைது செய்யப்பட்டது குறித்து சென்னை ஐகோர்ட்டில் அவரது மனைவி மேகலா ஆட்கொணர்வு மனு தாக்கல் செய்தார் இந்த மனுவை அவசர மனுவாக எடுத்து விசாரிக்க வேண்டும் என்று நீதிபதிகள் எம் சுந்தர் ,சக்திவேல் ஆகியோர் முன்பு மூத்த வக்கீல் என் ஆர் இளங்கோ ஆஜராகி கோரிக்கை வைத்தார் அப்பொழுது அவர் வாதாடும் போது நள்ளிரவில் கைது செய்தது தவறானது மேலும் கைது விவரங்களை அவரது மனைவியிடம் தெரிவிக்கவில்லை இதெல்லாம் சுப்ரீம் கோர்ட் தீர்ப்புக்கு எதிரானது சுப்ரீம் கோர்ட் டி கே பாசு தீர்ப்பின்படி நள்ளிரவில் கைது செய்யக்கூடாது கைது விவரங்களை அவரது மனைவி மற்றும் உறவினர்களுக்கு தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும் என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது இதையெல்லாம் அமலாக்க பிரிவு மீறி உள்ளது எனவே செந்தில் பாலாஜி விடுவிக்க வேண்டும் என்று கூறினார் இதை கேட்ட நீதிபதிகள் மனுவாக தாக்கல் செய்யுங்கள் இந்த மனு மதியம் விசாரணைக் வந்த பிறகு எடுத்து இன்றே விசாரிக்கிறோம் என்று கூறினர் இதை தொடர்ந்து மதியம் மூத்த வக்கீல் கோர்ட்டில் ஆஜராகி வாதாட தொடங்கினார் அப்போது நீதிபதி எம் சுந்தர் குறிப்பிட்டு இந்த வழக்கை விசாரிக்க நீதி சக்திவேல் விசாரிக்க விரும்பவில்லை எனவே இந்த வழக்கை நாங்கள் விசாரிக்க விரும்பவில்லை என்று கோப்புகளை தலைமை நீதிபதிக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கிறோம் என்று உத்தரவிட்டனர் இதைத் தொடர்ந்து மூத்த வக்கீல் தலைமை நீதிபதி கங்கா பூர்வாலா பெஞ்சில் ஆஜராகி இது பற்றி தெரிவித்தார் இதைக் கேட்ட தலைமை நீதிபதி நான்கு மணிக்கு உரிய பிறப்பிப்போம் என்று கூறினார் இதை தொடர்ந்து முத்த வக்கீல் என் ஆர் இளங்கோவும் திமுக வக்கீல்களும் செந்தில் பாலாஜி உள்ள மருத்துவமனைக்கு விரைந்து சென்றனர் இந்த நிலையில் அமலாக்க பிரிவு அதிகாரிகள் சென்னை செணன்சு கோர்ட்டில் நீதிபதி அல்லி முன்பு ஆஜராகி செந்தில் பாலாஜி காவலில் வைக்க வேண்டும் என்று மனு தாக்கல் செய்தனர் . தற்போது செந்தில் பாலாஜி ஓமந்தூர் மருத்துவமனையில் இருப்பதால் அங்கு சென்று காவல்நீடிப்பு செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றுஅமலாக்க பிரிவு வக்கீல் என் ரமேஷ் கேட்டார். இதை நீதிபதி ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு மருத்துவ மனைக்கு வருகிறேன் என்றார். மருத்துவமனைக்கு சென்றுள்ளார்.
