Hon’ble Justice G.Jayachandran today passed the final order allowing the Crl.R.C.Learned Judge gave a finding that the statement made in the affidavit that Dr.J.Jayalalitha removed K.
C.Palanisamy is per-se defamatory and the order passed by the Magistrate is not correct, further directed the Magistrate to proceed with the trial.
