[12/15, 09:48] Vasanthakumar Advt: Mr Nithyanand Rai, Minister of State for Home in a written reply informed the Lokh Sabha that 11 States and 1 UT have border disputes.

I understand that in this regard , Suits are pending before the Supreme Court after the advert of State Reorganization Act, 1956.

Therefore, I am of the opinion that Supreme Court should give priority to those suits having National ramifications instead of adjudicating disputes between two individuals which has nothing to do with neither interpretation of Constitution or question of Law involving National importance. 🙏🏽
