[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] Atleast 45 minutes arguments were heard from the learned counsel appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners, thereafter when the turn comes to the respondent State, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent wants time to accommodate the Special Government Pleader’s arguments, this kind of wasting the judicial time of the Court cannot be appreciated. Therefore, in order to compensate we are inclined to grant the adjournment of one week to accommodate the Special Government Pleader till 28th August, 2023 on condition of payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) which shall be paid by the respondent/State/Department to the Legal Services Committee of the High Court.
