The speech given by *Hon’ble Mr. Justice N. Anand Venkatesh* on 25.03.2023 to the Law Students about the stumbling blocks in the profession is a boon to the students as well as all for even currently practicing advocate. Each word in the said speech has come from his real and hard experience in the legal profession as experienced by the Judge. It is not merely a speech, but his conviction and character which was moulded by his Senior, Hon’ble Judges, and particularly by the so-called ‘Red Building’.

Any student of Law and/or advocate who is fortunate enough to listen to this speech and inculcate the above-said advices in the legal profession would definitely become a successful Lawyer, Presiding Officer, or even a Judge. It is wholly recommended that those who did not have the benefit of listening in-person, may take the time to lend their ear to the Hon’ble Judge’s speech, for nothing more than their own benefit.
