CTC Publications, a renowned law publisher in Chennai is looking for a ‘Junior Associate Editor’ to join its Editorial Team. The journal has a focus on reporting judgments being delivered by the Supreme Court, Madras High Court, and full benches of other High Courts.
As a ‘Junior Associate Editor’ you will be responsible for the following:
•⁠ ⁠Keeping abreast of judgments being delivered by the Supreme Court, Madras High Court, full benches of other High Courts, and latest developments in the legal field.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Handpicking significant judgments to be reported in our journal.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Conducting a thorough analysis of the handpicked judgments, digesting them, and preparing concise headnotes for the same.
Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Qualified advocates with a 3 or 5-year LL.B (Hons.) degree from a reputed law school.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong understanding of legal principles.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Proficient in legal research and drafting.
Experience:
•⁠ ⁠Prior editorial experience is not mandatory, but is welcome.
