[06/04, 18:37] sekarreporter1: Sairam Ayurveda College Tambaram which is run by Saptagiri Educational Trust was granted recognition to admit students for period of five years i.e. for academic year 2015-2020 in the 4th year i.e. in the academic year 2018-2019 the Ministry of Ayush Govt of India withdrew the recognition even though the some of the deficiencies pointed out were complied with.The said order was challenged and permission to admit students was granted by the High Court.47 students were admitted through counselling and the students appeared for all the examinations and except for the final year the results were published.Hence managment filed WP No 28261of 2023 through Advocate P Ebenezer Paul and students also filed WP No 1261 of 2024 through Ms S Suneeta.Both the Writ petitions were allowed by his lorship Justice SM Subramaniam J dated 03-04-2024 with direction to publish results, issue certificate as prayed for after the noticing the grant of recognition to all the subsequent academic years by the Ministry of Ayush.[06/04, 18:37] sekarreporter1: 👍
