Upon hearing submissions of M. Ravi learned counsel for petitioners& learned ASG for respondents , Justice Anitha Sumanth was pleased to allow the writ petition. The reallocation of seat from exm to mbc was without any basis& against settled legal proposition that there cannot be any change of rules after the game has commenced The Honble Court has directed the Puducherry Authorities to accommodate the petitioner in MBBS course at Govt Med College
