NOTIFICATION
The High Court, Madras, upon approval of the Hon’ble The Chief Justice hereby notifies that all the Government Authorities, Quasi Government Authorities, Government Undertakings and other Local Bodies are hereby instructed to file the cases and pleadings through e-Filing only. Hence all concerned are hereby directed to e-file the cases through the e-filing portal (https://efiling.ecourts.gov.in) developed by the Hon’ble e-Committee, Supreme Court of India which will commence on and from 01.03.2024.
The detailed guidelines and tutorial video prepared by the Madras
High Court for the e-filing process and the detailed user manual prepared by the Hon’ble e-Committee, Supreme Court of India along with the steps required to be taken as per the existing practice of the Madras High Court, are available in the Website of Madras High Court. (http://www.hcmadras.tn.nic.in) .
The e-Filing 3.0 version has a provision for Government Authorities, Quasi Government Authorities, Government Undertakings and other Local Bodies to do e-Filing of cases from anywhere at any time by using their own electronic gadgets.
