The said Act was followed till our comencement of Constitution, not only that this Act was last one regarding to administration of British India till the year 1952. On the comencement of Constitution simply adopted all people resided in India as citizens of India.Further COI or CONSTITUTION OF BHARAT (COB) empowered the Indian parliament to make suitable legislation and accordingly The Citizenship Act 1955 was enacted, it provides 5 method by which one shall be the citizen of India and 3 method by which one shall not be the citizen of India……….
