Balaji ordered Status Quo in relation to the new Private Schools Act and Rules which came into effect from 13.01.2023. The Hon’ble Judges ordered that the position that prevailed before the new Act and Rules shall be maintained in relation to minority institutions. The Hon’ble Judges posted the matter for hearing on 05.06.2023. Mr. Isaac Mohanlal, senior advocate appeared on behalf of the institutions and argued the case.
