A very important decision from Justice Abdul Qudhhose, Madras High Court. Holding a petition under Clause 17 of Letters Patent maintainable- for a mentally challenged person to seek appointment of a guardian and to deal with his properties. Possibly, the first of its kind in this court, it hugely advances the lost cause of such disabled entities. Kudos to the judge and the counsel Mr. Sharath Chandran, who pursued the noble cause.
