நீதிபதிகள் ஆர். மகாதேவன், முகமது சபீக் அடங்கிய அமர்வில் இன்று மீண்டும் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தபோது, வருமான வரித்துறை தரப்பில், வருமான வரித்துறையில் ஒரு கோடி ரூபாய்க்கு குறைவான மதிப்புடைய வழக்குகளை கைவிடுவது என மத்திய நேரடி வரிகள் வாரியம் வெளியிட்ட சுற்றறிக்கையின் அடிப்படையில் சசிகலா மற்றும் இளவரசி மீதான செல்வ வரி தொடர்பான நடவடிக்கையை கைவிடுவதாகவும், அதனடிப்படையில் வழக்குகளை திரும்பப்பெறுவதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.
