Dr subya cae adjourned next week

[3/3, 16:06] Sekarreporter 1: His case adjourned to next Wednesday. His challenge to the suspension order is mainly on the ground that the Director of Medical Service has no authority to suspend. Only the Government can suspend a person of his cadre. The reply by GP was that it is only a communication and appropriate authority has sanctioned his suspension. Then the Judge asked the government to produce the file for the GP replied that he will file a counter and produce the file as well. The GP said he will file it on Monday. But Mr. Vijay Narayan, the Senior Counsel and former Advocate General of TN said he is preoccupied on Monday and Tuesday. Hence it has been adjourned to Wednesday.
