[12/19, 11:03] Formee Dj Judge Siddarth: Respected Law Secretary
Sir as per Hon’ble Supreme Court direction order dt. 27-07-2022 complied in time & issued GO on 10-10-2022 regarding implementation of Second National Judicial Pay Commission.

The Chief Judge Puducherry office received law department order on 10-10-2022 itself. As per above said order, it clearly mentions order will be effective from 01-01-2016 onwards for who are in service from 01-01-2016.

Most of the states implemented & issued GO. Even lay man can understand the Hon’ble Supreme Court judgement order and 10-10-2022 GO by the Law Department for all those Who served 01-01-2016 onwards. The retired Judges are eligible for new pay scale.

The Chief Judge of Puducherry understood & issued Pay Fixation Order on 05-12-2022. The office of the Chief Judge Puducherry without respecting the Hon’ble Supreme Court Judgement & Conditions not complied wantedly.

I enquired Chief Judge Office
A-section clerk who says it couldn’t be implemented due to work load & unable to understand to fix the Pay Fixation thereby Hon’ble Supreme Court Order NOT complied.
After receipt of the Law Department GO, immediately
A-Section, Section Clerk duty to send letter to DAT for calling the Retired Judges Service Book. In Puducherry till now there is only one retired Judge myself. The
A-Section clerk fixed the new Pay scale for serving Judges on 09-11-2022. But my Pay Fixation order issued on 05-12-2022. Why discrimination & this long delay for Fixing my Pay Order. Several times I informed through phone about the Hon’ble Supreme Court Order. Even after my request one of the important Form-7 statement NOT prepared & sent to DAT office. Without Form-7 statement reaching the DAT office, I am getting mental agony. Without Form-7, DAT are unable to issue revised Pay Pension order.

Hon’ble Supreme Court Order totally wantedly ignored, neglected & disrespected by the Junior clerk who is working in the
A-Section, Chief Judge Office, Puducherry.

What is the respect for the Hon’ble Supreme Court Order & What is the respect for Law Secretary GO & What is the respect for the Pay Fixation order dt 05-12-2022 issued by the Chief Judge of Puducherry?

What is Rule of Law where is the Rule of law in Puducherry ?

Therefore I request the Law Secretary to give suitable instruction to the Chief Judge Puducherry for Compliance of Hon’ble Supreme Court Order. Otherwise, I am sorry to say I will have to file an affidavit before the Hon’ble Supreme Court through AIJA.

I am very sorry to send this message because my rights & liberty are curtailed by a section junior clerk & dominating the office of the Chief Judge of Puducherry.

As per GO of 10-10-2022, it’s as below;
To The Chief Judge Puducherry
with a request to furnish information relating to payment of 25% in cash after it’s disbursement, so as to enable the Law Department to file compliance Affidavit before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

In Puducherry only the sitting Judges partly enjoyed new pay scale. Arrears totally NOT received as per the Hon’ble SC order. Myself as a retired Judge unable to get Revised pay pension & pay arrears. God only can save Judges fate.
