High court ordered eviction of encroachments in Valliammal Garden Main Road Kodambakkam on 16/08/18. Since order was not complied contempt petition was filed in No639/19 and Hon’ble CJ bench on 30/06/22 directed the respondents to comply with the order in 2 weeks failing appearance of contemners was ordered and posted the case today. Corporation cleared all encroachments and filed a compliance report today and hence contempt was closed. The Residents Association filed PIL in 2017
