  1. The Professional fees payable for the appearance of the Senior Counsels to defend the cases on behalf of Government of

Tamil Nadu before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras and its Bench at Madurai will be as per G.O(Ms)No.356, Public (Law Officers) Department, dt.24.04.2017 as applicable to the Additional Advocates General. The fees will be settled by the Departments concerned which engaged the services of the Senior Counsels.
