Mahaveer Shivaji, who are RR 1,3 and 4 respectively, that since the writ appeal has been numbered, they will not precipitate the matter till the next date of hearing. However, they submitted that though they have entered caveat, the writ appeal has been numbered without they being served a copy of the same and that they were served with the copies only this morning. 2 In a riposte, Mr.G.Masilamani and Mr. V. Prakash, learned Senior Advocates submitted that papers were served on the caveators through email last evening. 3 On going through the records, it is seen that emails were sent to mohandossantony@gmail.com, elephantraj@hotmail.com and catchmugilan@gmail.com yesterday at 6.16 p.m. On enquiry with the Registry, it is learnt that the appeal was numbered after production of proof of emails. 4 However, recording the submissions made by RR 1,3 and 4/caveators that papers were furnished to them physically this morning and that they will not precipitate the matter, there shall be an order of status quo as on the date of filing of the writ petition till 03.07.2023.
