Wilson Senior Advocate appearing for Makkal Nala Panniyalargal Sangam rep by its President Mathivanan and State Government gave its seal of approval of Tamilnadu Government proposal for reinstatement of Makkal Nala Paniyalargal who were dismissed from service on 8.11.2011bas announced by Hon’ble Chief Minister on the floor of Assembly.
While dismissing petition filed by rival MNP sangam seeking to restrain government from entering in to or giving effect to Hon’ble Chief Ministers announcement on the floor of assembly to absorb dismissed MNP employees on a honorarium pay of Rs 7500/-, the Supreme Court ordered that it is left open to the willing MNP workers to take the offers and rest of worker’s right to agitate shall remain intact.
