Honble Justice jayachandran has passed orders today on the application moved by Mrs Jayapradha , Actress and former MP by observing that on appearing in person before the Sessions Court and on deposit of Rs. 20 lakhs , within 15 days from today, the Sessions Court can entertain her plea for Bail. The above order of the High Court has come as a big relief for Mrs Jayapradha , who was otherwise facing arrest and detention on account of the Judgement of conviction and sentence of 6 months simple imprisonment passed by the Trial court for default in payment of ESI dues and which judgement was not interfered by the Sessions Court.
