The first line of the above poem is
‘Bharadha desam endru peyar solluvom midi (poverty)Payam kolluvom,Thuyar pahai velluvom”
So the word Bharat is the most appropriate word to be used in all the places where ever required and there is no exception anywhere as our Constitution identifies India only as Bharat.
In the same poem Bharathi has written unbelievably what has now become true about the moon in the following words:-
“Vanai alappom;kadal meenai alappom,Chandra mandalathiyal kandu thelivom,Sandhi theru perukkum sathiram karpom ”
Now chandayan is making the dream of Bharathi true after hundred years .
How godly great he is and that divinely great called our mother country Bharat and that is what is declared in our Constitution in Article 1 . In the last stanza of the above poem he has written quoted below a need of the hour :-
“Saadhi erandoliya verillai endre Tamizh mahal solliya sol amizhthebom;needhi neriyinindru pirarkkudavum nermaiyar melavar,keelavar matror ”
No word to explain and the tearful truth is that his funeral was attended by very very few.
Long live India,that is,Bharat.
